• Accurately record daily financial transactions such as purchases, receipts, sales, and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts within the general ledger, along with bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, which include invoicing and collections.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Communicate with clients to obtain financial information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide support to the Team Lead and Senior Managers during financial reviews and audits.
• Keep digital and physical financial records organized and accessible.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities and evolving technologies, including AI-driven tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or General Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work overnight or graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during U.S. business hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (including pivot tables and advanced formulas).
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping practices and general ledger operations.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable tools.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounts payable processes, account reconciliation, and accounting standards.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• CPA or CMA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
