This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
• Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring that collections are completed promptly and in line with company policies.
• Initiate contact and follow up with clients through email or phone regarding the collection of outstanding balances, identify disputes, and resolve any payment delays.
• Update the collections report with comprehensive records of collection activities, payment arrangements, and communications with clients.
• Collaborate closely with billing and account management teams to ensure that escalated disputes are resolved efficiently.
• Regularly review and analyze aging reports to prioritize accounts for collection based on outstanding balances and associated risk factors.
• Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by management pertaining to collections strategy, reporting, and process enhancements.
• A Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Exceptional customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
