Private School Placement Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Reach out to students and their families to facilitate placement conferences.

• Review graduation plans, evaluate transcripts, and gather necessary documentation.

• Assist families in understanding the required documents for placement.

• Gain familiarity with state and school graduation standards.

• Conduct transcript evaluations and recommend suitable courses.

• Record conversations and communications with students and their families.

• Manage assigned caseloads efficiently to ensure timely placements.

• Analyze data and address issues with the Lead Placement Coordinator.

• Engage in team meetings and mandatory training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

• A minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and web applications.

• Ability to pass the necessary background check.
