This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with clients to grasp their travel goals, preferences, and expectations, offering personalized aviation solutions.
• Identify and assess the best aircraft options, developing customized charter proposals that fulfill client needs and surpass their expectations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with operators to maximize value while maintaining the company’s dedication to quality and safety.
• Manage the entire charter process from initial inquiry through quoting, contract negotiation, and flight oversight.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with both clients and operator partners, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Actively generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, referrals, networking events, and industry engagements.
• Oversee client accounts, keeping current records, quotes, and communications within the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee effective communication, seamless execution, and ongoing enhancement of the client experience.
• A pre-existing book of business is essential; candidates must possess an established network of clients or prospects in private aviation or related luxury sectors.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the private aviation or luxury services industry.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients in a professional and confident manner.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively under pressure in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial, with a flexible work approach to accommodate client needs across various time zones.
• Proficient in CRM systems.
