Private Investigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Perform surveillance on Liability and Workers' Compensation Insurance claims.

• Engage in extended periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance, potentially up to 12 hours daily.

• Possess the ability to travel to various locations for investigations, which may entail driving, walking, or utilizing public transportation.

• Maintain visual concentration during surveillance activities, often for prolonged durations.

• Navigate diverse environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings.

• Review and analyze detailed reports, including Police reports.

• Draft a comprehensive surveillance report in accordance with Company Standards.

• Examine video footage to accurately prepare reports.

• Covertly document a subject without being noticed.

• Search for, locate, and utilize Social Media throughout the investigation process.

• Respond quickly and exercise sound judgment in various scenarios that may arise during surveillance.

• Familiarity with pretexting is advantageous.

• Capability to think creatively and outside the box.

• Must be at least 18 years old, unless otherwise specified by State Licensure Laws.

• An Associate degree or relevant field experience is preferred.

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Must maintain a clean driving record.

• Must be willing to obtain investigator licensing in your home state.
