Prison Program Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Equipping and mobilizing local churches to recognize and address the needs of prisoners and their families

• Cultivating relationships with church-based volunteers, pastors, corrections personnel, and prison chaplains

• Guiding volunteer teams to seize ministry opportunities

• Establishing partnerships with stakeholders

• Mentoring volunteer teams to achieve ministry objectives while fostering teamwork and individual spiritual growth

• Executing and implementing ministry programs in alignment with Prison Fellowship's Academy curriculum and significant in-prison events

⛳️ Requirements

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions

• Over 8 years of experience in sales, territory management, and relationship management

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and supervising volunteers

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Proven ability to cultivate personal networking relationships
