Printer Relationship Management Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage relationships with a selection of printers and vendors throughout the United States.

• Collaborate closely with printers to ensure that every order progresses smoothly through the production process.

• Address production challenges with printers and oversee inventory coordination.

• Assist in recovering delayed orders and enhancing operational processes.

• Partner with the Tech team to minimize manual tasks.

• Enhance the performance of your portfolio of printers by fostering strong relationships and mitigating operational issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable relationship management position.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional written communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities.

• High emotional intelligence along with strong relationship-building skills.

• Proficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, including Excel or Google Sheets.
