Printer Relationship Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish enduring relationships with printer and production partners through consistent monthly performance discussions, emails, and various daily communications across different channels.

• Assist vendors and printers with questions related to operations, production, and logistics.

• Collaborate with vendors to enhance order quality, reduce turnaround time, and improve overall operational performance.

• Promote accountability while fostering robust working relationships.

• Oversee production timelines and address order delays proactively to prevent customer impact.

• Reassign production orders to ensure that printers are not overwhelmed.

• Delegate or rearrange the complete order schedule for your printer in the event of emergency shutdowns.

• Manage garment procurement from suppliers and ensure timely inventory delivery to vendors.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and Tech teams to swiftly resolve issues.

• Keep internal teams and external stakeholders updated on production developments that affect customers.

• Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance vendor experience and operational efficiency.

• Detect recurring operational challenges and propose long-term solutions.

• Identify automation possibilities and refine existing workflows to make operations more scalable.

• Take charge of projects aimed at improving team performance, vendor experience, or operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in operations, vendor management, supply chain, customer success, account management, or a related relationship management role.

• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
