This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Define the project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria at the initiation stage.
• Identify, secure, and manage resource needs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and uphold project timelines, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders and the achievement of key milestones.
• Lead implementation activities with both internal and external partners to guarantee timely project completion that meets customer expectations.
• Oversee project changes, risks, and interventions to ensure successful outcomes.
• Proactively escalate implementation risks and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct root cause analyses to identify challenges and implement process enhancements for future projects.
• Provide daily, weekly, and milestone-based progress updates to stakeholders regarding implementation status and performance metrics.
• Coordinate and accelerate print program implementations from customer quote acceptance through setup and deployment on the web ordering platform.
• Manage complex implementation needs for strategic accounts, including product kitting, inventory transfers, warehousing logistics, assortment management, third-party punchout integrations, and other program management activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert and consultant on print program requirements, processes, and best practices.
• Offer strategic guidance and recommendations based on established business models and industry best practices.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through direct engagement, proactive communication, and successful program execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of customer solutions.
• Create, maintain, and continuously enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and implementation documentation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
• Establish and monitor implementation benchmarks and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.
• Document lessons learned and integrate process improvements into future implementations and customer programs.
• Partner with customers to gather requirements, communicate project status, and ensure successful implementation.
• Coordinate projects with Sales Representatives and support customer objectives.
• Collaborate across departments with internal teams to secure resources, align timelines, and achieve project goals.
• Manage vendor relationships to monitor progress, resolve issues, and meet deadlines.
• Provide project updates, risk assessments, and root cause analysis to Sales Leadership.
• Navigate internal departments and influence stakeholders to drive results and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills with the capacity to work independently.
• Demonstrated business acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in leading or supporting project management initiatives.
• Background in working within a sales-driven organization and collaborating directly with sales teams.
