📋 Description

• Architecting customer-centric value propositions

• Lead value discovery initiatives with enterprise clients and craft persuasive, data-driven business cases with authority and storytelling finesse

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive stakeholders, simplifying the complexities of GenAI capabilities into clear, quantifiable business results

• Utilize AI tools to expedite business case creation, automate benchmarking, synthesize customer insights, and generate rapid scenario modeling - empowering you to engage in deeper, more impactful customer discussions

• Collaborate to develop customer-specific value roadmaps that align immediate quick wins with long-term AI transformation initiatives

• Enhance the EMEA value consulting methodology by designing repeatable and flexible frameworks

• Work alongside Sales, Solution Architects, and Solution Consultants to embed value throughout the entire sales process and enable the ecosystem to independently lead value-driven discussions

• Advocate for the integration of AI within the value consulting practice itself

• Stay at the forefront of GenAI developments, enterprise creative technologies, and the shifting competitive landscape, synthesizing insights that sharpen Adobe's value positioning in EMEA markets

• Offer structured field feedback to the product ecosystem to ensure Adobe's roadmap and messaging align with genuine enterprise purchasing priorities

• Contribute to thought leadership pieces and industry events that enhance Adobe's presence in the EMEA market


⛳️ Requirements

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or demonstrable relevant experience in creative operations, marketing technology, content supply chains, or digital transformation consulting in EMEA

• Over 5 years of experience in consulting, sales, or a business transformation role within the enterprise software sector

• Proven expertise in value-based selling and the development of business cases that convert complex data and technology into relatable narratives that influence commercial decisions

• Strong financial acumen: proficient in scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and converting operational data into boardroom-ready presentations

• Experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across IT and marketing/creative departments with tailored messaging

• A background in utilizing AI tools in daily operations and a keen interest in the implications of GenAI on our customers' businesses, particularly in content and brand operations, along with the ability to differentiate authentic business value from hype

• Familiarity with Adobe Firefly Enterprise Solutions, Creative Cloud, GenStudio, or similar GenAI platforms is highly advantageous

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid changes in a dynamic product and market landscape, possessing the mindset of an enabler who enhances the capabilities of surrounding teams

• Fluent in both German and English, with proficiency in an additional European language (French preferred).
