Principal UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in engaging with our vehicle program by providing clear concepts and workflows.

• Contribute to UX strategy development, planning, and evaluations.

• Advocate for a user-centric approach among stakeholders and implement UX methodologies to validate and guide design choices.

• Foster relationships with key partners across Brand, Design and HMI, Engineering, and Software teams.

• Help to balance both strategic and tactical initiatives to address essential user needs.

• Present insights and actionable UX recommendations to executive stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in User Experience Design, HMI, communications, or a related UX discipline.

• Over 10 years of professional experience leading impactful UX projects.

• Skilled in interface design and evaluation.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with various UX approaches and methodologies.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Experienced with UX design tools such as Figma.

• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in UX design.
