This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a subject matter expert on essential P&C insurance platforms and the wider insurance technology landscape.
• Collaborate with sales and client executives to enhance and manage the opportunity pipeline.
• Facilitate client discovery workshops to evaluate business needs, challenges, and technical environments.
• Create high-level solution strategies, blueprints, integration patterns, and implementation roadmaps based on client specifications.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams (sales, consulting, delivery) to develop persuasive proposals, statements of work, and technical solution narratives for RFP submissions.
• Oversee and assist in the comprehensive delivery of technology projects, from planning and design through implementation and transition, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.
• Collaborate with both offshore and onshore teams to guarantee technical alignment, delivery quality, and client satisfaction while adhering to timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations.
• Create reusable accelerators (e.g., playbooks, templates, APIs) to expedite deployments and reduce ownership costs.
• Partner with Client Executives and Sales Engineers to customize technology solutions and nurture client relationships from inception to completion.
• Provide sales teams with effective resources (pitch decks, use cases, briefs) to enhance client engagement.
• Mentor junior team members, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and advocate for best practices across teams and regions.
• Strengthen relationships with platform providers and systems integrators.
• Over 15 years of experience in insurance technology, emphasizing core platform implementation and integration.
• 10-15 years of practical experience delivering complex technology solutions utilizing property and casualty (P&C) insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Vertafore, Majesco, Insurity, and Applied Epic.
• A solid foundation in technology or engineering (e.g., former developer, application engineer, or solution architect) with the technical expertise necessary to engage in detailed architectural and data discussions with client CIOs, CTOs, and technical leads.
• Experience in system architecture, integration design, and insurance-specific workflows.
• Proven experience in incorporating AI and automation capabilities into technology solutions.
• Familiarity with standard APIs, middleware tools, and batch processing techniques within insurance IT ecosystems.
• Profound understanding of property & casualty insurance lines and operations (policy, billing, claims).
• Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional SDLC delivery methodologies.
