This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the overall delivery relationship with designated program/project clients.
• Maintain frequent and direct communication with senior-level managers, directors, and executives to offer technical expertise and project updates.
• Lead the implementation of large enterprise projects and smaller programs, with team sizes ranging from 3 to 10 members (including TTEC Digital staff, contractors, client resources, and vendors).
• Establish and manage program management functions such as communication plans, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation processes, functional documentation, and other internal procedures.
• Provide weekly status reports, either created independently or in collaboration with project managers involved in the program, delivering project progress and issues to client stakeholders, delivery management, and the account team.
• Ensure alignment among client stakeholders and enhance overall program customer satisfaction.
• Create and deliver financial reporting dashboards that present project financial status to client stakeholders.
• Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Implement approved measures and workarounds to mitigate the impact of risks on the project/program, including the delivery of necessary change management actions.
• Review project invoices for accuracy.
• Collaborate with project staff to develop work plans and assign responsibilities to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Deliver high-quality software within the specified timeframe.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as necessary.
• Collaborate with system analysis and project management to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Proven experience in delivering transformation projects.
• Required experience in leading Zoom Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) implementation projects.
• Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following technologies: Zoom, NICE CXone, Genesys Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect.
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience within a consulting environment.
• Experience managing large enterprise client projects with consulting service budgets ranging from $20,000 to $1,000,000, including executive-level sponsorship and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with multiple implementation methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid approaches.
• Experience leading a program comprising multiple projects and workstreams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and listening abilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Capability to build relationships, collaborate, problem-solve, negotiate, influence, and persuade while maintaining positive relationships with client stakeholders, internal stakeholders, partners, project team members, and third-party partners.
• PMP or another Project Management Certification is strongly preferred.
