• Overseeing the strategic direction of intricate technical programs

• Directing the planning and implementation of essential technical project milestones

• Providing consultation and enhancement of the technical program management framework

• Prioritizing and formulating technical program roadmaps

• Leading the creation and oversight of detailed technical program plans

• Partnering with key stakeholders to pinpoint business and operational objectives

• Mediating conflicts and fostering consensus with management

• Guiding technical and field teams in developing schedules, strategies, and tools for program deployments
