Principal Technical Program Manager, Industry Software

📋 Description

• Oversee extensive, cross-functional programs from the initial strategy and planning stages through to launch and subsequent evaluations.

• Convert business and product priorities into detailed program plans and milestones.

• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams regarding scope, sequencing, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

• Propel program execution across intricate platform domains.

• Clearly communicate progress, decisions, and risks to senior and executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate with engineering and architecture leaders to ensure that technical plans are scalable, realistic, and sustainable.

• Enhance team planning and delivery by reinforcing governance, reporting, and program management practices.

• Mentor colleagues and exemplify operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical program management or a similar position.

• Strong expertise in B2B SaaS products or platforms.

• Technically proficient in modern software architectures.

• Experience in mentoring Technical Program Managers, enhancing planning frameworks, or leading cross-organizational operating models is advantageous.
