Principal Technical Program Manager, Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide a small team of program and project managers.

• Propel the execution strategy for various intricate programs within Fulfillment.

• Serve as a liaison among Global Fulfillment Executives, Plant Operations, and Core Engineering.

• Guarantee clarity within the organization regarding investments, statuses, obstacles, and definitions of success.

• Create feedback mechanisms and governance structures for technical projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in Program Management.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex systems in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or large-scale e-commerce manufacturing settings.

• Proven capability to navigate highly ambiguous, domain-specific initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• At least 2 years of direct experience in people management.
