This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and various teams to foster a unified vision regarding the problem domain, constraints, priorities, and the desired final outcome, while effectively communicating and championing this viewpoint.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of ML and LLM platform workstreams — from data ingestion and training to deployment and the continuous enhancement of live user workflows guided by performance metrics and user feedback.
• Engage with internal teams and end users to gain a thorough understanding of requirements, conduct thoughtful solution design, utilize data to validate hypotheses, and assist teams throughout the execution process.
• Draft comprehensive user stories for new features, detailing the business rationale, requirements, and success criteria defined by measurable outcomes.
• Create both short-term and long-term roadmaps aimed at delivering maximum value with minimal risk, embracing ongoing iteration.
• Collaborate with AI Researchers to transform proofs of concept into production-ready capabilities. Conduct hands-on analysis of user feedback, healthcare records, and validation data to assess model performance.
• Over 12 years of experience in product management within the technology sector, technology-enabled services industry, or SaaS products.
• Strong grasp of AI and/or machine learning along with related technologies.
• Proven experience utilizing data and primary research to inform solution design and enhance internal business understanding.
• Familiarity with Agile teams, Jira, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of APIs, DevOps, enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure (such as Databricks/AWS/GCP/Azure), and data engineering principles.
• Outstanding ability to convey technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in translating vague product requirements into a clear technical roadmap.
