Principal Technical Consultant – ServiceNow, ITOM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project teams in implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

• Manage intricate programs involving multiple resources.

• Direct the architecture and design of sophisticated solutions.

• Spearhead the development of written deliverables.

• Conduct client demonstrations and collaborative sessions.

• Facilitate integration design meetings.

• Lead client workshops, serving as a process and technical authority.

• Act as an escalation point for the project team.

• Influence team members, broader internal teams, and external clients, including senior management, to adopt new concepts, practices, and methodologies.

• Acquire and sustain certifications relevant to the role.

• Maintain an expert level of certifications.

• Identify and communicate potential opportunities.

• Engage in the pre-sales cycle as a technical expert.

• Provide thought leadership to Ahead and our clients.

• Interact with external clients, potentially including top management, on matters requiring explanation, interpretation, or advice.

• Create distinctive marketing thought leadership for promotion.

• Develop innovative and impactful solutions for complex client programs, leveraging large teams for implementation.

• Contribute to projects/programs that may explore future concepts, products, and technologies.

• Foster consensus with clients in addressing complex solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform.

• Advanced knowledge in at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform (ITOM).

• Proficient development skills on the ServiceNow platform.

• Recognized authority in the field within the organization.

• Exhibit deep expertise across various technologies.

• Capable of articulating trade-offs between different architectural approaches.

• Strong skills in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools.

• Excellent presentation abilities.

• Strong project and situational awareness.

• Effective communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.
