This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
β’ Oversee technical and program initiatives, offering guidance, resolving issues, and delivering strategic support for Medicaid clients.
β’ Act as the main technical advisor and advocate for Medicaid accounts in Wisconsin and South Carolina.
β’ Provide proactive recommendations and manage contracts, deliverables, and status reports.
β’ Conduct solution demonstrations, whiteboarding sessions, and high-level presentations tailored to client requirements.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance SAS adoption, encompassing cloud, SaaS, and advanced deployment solutions.
β’ Collaborate with sales teams on account strategies and offer solution leadership throughout the sales process.
β’ Foster trustworthy relationships with clients and Account Executives to promote value and customer success.
β’ Lead discovery sessions and document business requirements to facilitate solution design and implementation.
β’ Collect functional and technical requirements to craft customized client solutions.
β’ Utilize competitive market insights to enhance proposals and client presentations.
β’ Maintain proficiency in SAS products and solution offerings through continuous training.
β’ Work collaboratively with sales, architecture, R&D, and support teams to promote opportunities and knowledge sharing.
β’ Provide customer and market insights to shape future product and solution development.
β’ Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
β’ At least 12 years of experience in technical account management, solution delivery, or technical presales, including a minimum of 7 years directing, managing, or serving as key personnel on Medicaid enterprise systems and/or Medicaid data analytics platforms.
β’ Over 7 years of sales or pre-sales experience with a solid understanding of sales strategies and cycles.
β’ Strong knowledge of healthcare IT environments, including cloud infrastructure, data management, analytics, and compliance.
β’ Proven experience in leading cloud transformations, with a robust understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, and cloud infrastructure.
β’ Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50%.
β’ An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of the above qualifications.
