📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting cycle throughout the organization, overseeing the hiring process from headcount approval requests and talent sourcing to offer negotiations and closures. This includes senior leadership, technical roles, customer-facing positions, and operational teams.

• Act as a reliable talent advisor to hiring managers and executives. Assist in leveling, create scorecards, design interview processes, and collaborate with leaders to establish the appropriate candidate standards and hiring plans, including having candid discussions when adjustments are necessary.

• Develop and actively oversee candidate pipelines. Proactively source candidates instead of waiting for inbound applications, ensuring the pipelines reflect a diverse array of candidates.

• Supervise the contract recruiter and internal scheduling and administrative support: delegate appropriate tasks, provide thorough briefings, and maintain the momentum of the process.

• Utilize your preferred AI tools in your daily activities to enhance efficiency and quality: create and customize job descriptions, summarize and evaluate candidate pipelines, personalize outreach at scale, and convert role competencies into structured interview question banks. We expect you to already integrate AI into your recruiting strategy and demonstrate its application.

• Collaborate with our Director of Total Rewards on compensation benchmarking and pay equity for offers, and lead negotiations to finalize offers.

• Manage external recruiting agencies when necessary, define the scope of work, brief them effectively, and hold them accountable for results.

• Take ownership of recruiting data and reporting (including time to fill, pipeline health, source quality, and offer acceptance) and leverage this information to determine where to focus efforts.

• Own and enhance the hiring process itself, which includes our applicant tracking system, interviewer training, and the service level agreements between Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, encompassing senior leadership, sales, and technical positions.

• Background in recruiting within healthcare and/or SaaS in a fast-paced startup setting.

• Versatile generalist who can navigate various searches, from highly technical roles to customer-facing and operational positions.

• Ability to swiftly pivot and adapt strategy as priorities change. Hiring requirements can be dynamic here, and you must be able to re-prioritize while maintaining momentum.

• Proven track record of managing a recruiting function with minimal support. You are resourceful and effective without extensive team backing or heavy infrastructure, and you are willing to take initiative and lead.

• Possess confidence and credibility with executives. You engage effectively with senior leaders and collaborate with them to find the right solutions, even when your interpretation of the situation or data differs.

• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in compensation benchmarking, pay equity, and offer negotiations.

• Proficient in using AI tools in your own work. You have already determined how to leverage them in recruiting and can provide specific examples of their impact.

• Capable of working harmoniously with a diverse range of strong personalities and stakeholders. Solutions-oriented and composed in challenging situations.
