Principal Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Copilot)

• Promote the utilization of M365 Copilot and contemporary collaboration tools

• Lead effective, user-centered communication regarding M365 modifications and updates

• Ensure optimal platform performance, security, and compliance measures are in place

• Collaborate with business units and IT to provide M365 solutions that meet specific needs

• Develop standards, documentation, and best practices

• Serve as an escalation point for intricate issues and provide mentorship to team members

• Monitor usage and adoption rates to foster ongoing enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in large, global settings

• Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform

• Practical experience with M365 Copilot or comparable tools

• Strong grasp of M365 security and governance protocols

• B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent background

• Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred.
