• Establish the overall technical strategy, govern architectural standards, and ensure smooth, scalable integration within the HCM suite.
• Oversee technical SAP teams throughout complex system development and deployment processes.
• Solutions will encompass artificial intelligence, application development, and integration within a cohesive environment.
• Re-engineer, transform, and maintain custom SAP SOH workloads onto SuccessFactors and BT P.
• Assess custom workloads on the current stack and create a framework for migrating objects to achieve a clean core.
• Proactively lead the SAP technical vision to apply best practices and maximize business value.
• Utilize technology to streamline complex business processes, focusing on relentless simplification and overall TCO reduction.
• Evaluate business needs and design SAP solutions that offer an integrated approach.
• Stay current on the latest SAP technology stack and serve as a strategic advisor to product and business teams on optimizing SAP products and tools.
• Manage the analysis, research, design, and development of technical architecture and new functionalities, as well as integration with essential applications and services within SAP ecosystems.
• Guide the engineering team in developing, configuring, and implementing solutions in accordance with product development standards and best practices.
• Ensure the technical integrity of projects, ensuring the reuse of common technical elements and preventing work duplication.
• Engage in defining product roadmaps and strategies.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to guarantee compatibility with their solution components and alignment with their roadmaps.
• Hold oneself and others accountable for meeting deadlines and ensuring successful deliverables.
• Act as a mentor and coach, providing training to engineers and consultants by sharing technical expertise and solutions.
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a major in information technology, or an equivalent combination of education and training that equips the candidate with the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform essential job functions.
• Experience as an Architect/Senior Consultant with at least 8 SAP SuccessFactors/HR implementations.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficient in various SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration development for large-scale transformations.
• Extensive technical experience in SAP application engineering development using the extensibility model, specifically in these areas: In-app extensions via key user and in-app frameworks utilizing the RAP (Restful ABAP programming) model; Side-by-side extensions in BTP using the Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Model; Applying Clean Core principles for all custom development while leveraging released APIs for customizations and creating wrappers for requirements without released APIs; Designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications using SAP BTP services for tasks like Technical Development with Business Application Studio (BAS), SAP Build, and Advance WorkZone, as well as using the Integration Suite for end-to-end integrations; Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement with broad-based information systems.
• Solid experience in SAP technical and functional knowledge of SAP products and various solution offerings; previously worked in a global environment at a leadership level demonstrating growth and achievement.
• Experience in HR transformation projects, such as transitioning from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors Employee Central (greenfield, brownfield, bluefield, etc.).
• Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, including Java connectors and REST APIs that interact with non-SAP applications.
• Familiarity with SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAC, and Fieldglass is a significant advantage.
