Principal Strategist, Social Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote innovation by ensuring the integration of emerging best practices, industry insights, and strategic TikTok Shop advancements across account teams.

• Discover, create, and execute new solutions that enhance TikTok Shop and overall Social Commerce performance for clients.

• Work collaboratively with account teams and client partner teams to craft client-specific positioning and content that boosts service adoption.

• Represent TikTok Shop during high-stakes new business pitches and audits, delivering expert-level narratives to facilitate client acquisition and growth.

• Serve as an executive-level advisor across strategic accounts, transforming insights into actionable decisions and funded initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing field with a significant enterprise impact and a proven ability in executive storytelling.

• Extensive background in digital marketing, ideally at a media agency, with comprehensive technical knowledge in Social, Commerce, and Influencer marketing.

• A solid history of managing TikTok Shop Affiliate, Operations, and GMV Max; experience with Live Shopping is preferred.

• Demonstrated capacity to lead teams, influence stakeholders without formal authority, and drive the adoption of innovative strategies.
