Principal Strategist, Digital Strategy, Market Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and consistently enhance a robust digital strategy program for client projects.

• Oversee client-facing execution of digital strategy projects, assisting financial institutions in their transformation planning.

• Formulate proprietary frameworks, playbooks, and tools that standardize the delivery of digital strategy across the organization.

• Write thought leadership articles for industry publications, establishing Engage fi as a prominent authority on digital transformation.

• Create and present podcasts, webinars, and presentations at conferences.

• Recognize gaps in the firm's existing service offerings and develop new strategy solutions to meet the changing needs of clients.

• Direct strategic planning sessions with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board-level advisors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a similar field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in financial services strategy, management consulting, or digital advisory, with a specific emphasis on community banks or credit unions preferred.

• A well-established portfolio of thought leadership, including published articles, speaking engagements, or significant industry contributions.

• Experience in developing consulting offerings or service lines, encompassing framework design, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

• Proven experience in building or managing data programs that support ongoing client deliverables.

• Familiarity with software procurement, vendor assessment, and contract negotiation within a financial institution context is preferred.
