Principal Statistical Programmer – FSP-RWE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer scientific and analytical guidance for the generation of real-world evidence utilizing extensive healthcare data sources.

• Assist in the assessment of real-world clinical and economic outcomes for various products.

• Direct the tactical planning, implementation, and supervision of RWE studies.

• Guarantee the prompt delivery of high-quality, scientifically sound research outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Outcomes Research, or a related field with over 2 years of relevant post-graduate research experience; or a Master's degree in Epidemiology or a related discipline with more than 4 years of applied research experience.

• At least 2 years of practical experience in analyzing healthcare claims and EMR databases (e.g., Flatiron or similar).

• Proven expertise in managing RWE projects that utilize secondary data sources and/or chart review studies.

• Strong knowledge of observational study design, bias mitigation strategies, and the limitations of real-world data.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including managing timelines and tracking budgets.

• Experience in conducting RWE research specifically in oncology is highly preferred.

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work independently while effectively engaging with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
