This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develops comprehensive candidate profiles for clients by leveraging a validated talent pool.
• Initiates various sourcing strategies and activities in collaboration with sourcing specialists.
• Aligns candidate skills, experiences, and aspirations with client job requirements.
• Ensures a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Establishes and sustains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Oversees and manages the recruitment process for clients by screening and qualifying candidates.
• Tracks diversity metrics within recruitment processes.
• Collects feedback from candidates regarding their recruitment experiences.
• Monitors and reports on the time-to-fill metrics for each position.
• Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with clients.
• Requires extensive conceptual and practical knowledge in the relevant discipline.
• Experience with complex ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) tools such as Workday.
• Addresses a variety of challenges by applying technical and functional expertise, guided by established precedents.
• May lead small projects or specific project phases within a larger initiative.
