This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the development of EAC, along with forecasting, budgeting, and monthly financial reporting.
• Evaluate actual costs, estimate to complete (ETC), staffing needs, materials, and other significant cost factors.
• Conduct Earned Value Management analysis, including Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and variances in cost and schedule.
• Create explanations for variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Control Account Managers (CAMs), and scheduling teams to oversee program performance.
• Ensure synchronization between cost, schedule, and technical execution.
• Aid in the development and maintenance of baselines, budget alterations, and other program control activities.
• Examine financial and EVM data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Relay potential impacts to program leadership.
• Guarantee that financial and program performance data is accurate, timely, and adheres to processes and contractual obligations.
• Support program reviews, EAC assessments, and both internal and customer financial reporting.
• Prepare and assist with timely and accurate external IPMDAR reporting.
• Align cost, schedule, EVM, and program performance data with contractual and customer reporting standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field with at least 5 years of pertinent experience; or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and/or variance analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Preferred experience in Earned Value Management and EAC development.
• Preferred background in supporting complex government or defense programs and collaborating across multiple functions and organizations.
• Preferred experience in managing assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting critical deadlines is preferred.
• Preferred experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, and program management tools.
• Must live and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
