This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals for new business opportunities, encompassing spares, repairs, and modernization for various clients.
β’ Collaborate with functional program team members to comprehend, direct, and enhance the performance of contractual obligations.
β’ Offer contractual guidance and support to the business, program, and proposal teams throughout all stages of the contract lifecycle.
β’ Lead the Contracts Management activities across a diverse portfolio.
β’ Work alongside Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, Chief Engineers, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure effective contract execution.
β’ Identify, alleviate, and facilitate the resolution of contractual challenges.
β’ Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions align with company policies.
β’ Provide advice on contractual and business matters, rights and obligations, and the mitigation of contractual and programmatic risks.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
β’ Communicate with customers regarding correspondence, contractual modifications, and issues.
β’ Manage contracts and engage directly with program leadership.
β’ Participate in business management reviews, including quarterly EAC assessments.
β’ University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience.
β’ Background in contracts management, program management, business management, finance, supply chain processes, and/or procurement.
β’ Familiarity with contracts, terms and conditions, RFPs, RFQs, FAR, DFARS, or related contract experience.
β’ U.S. citizenship is required.
β’ Must reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories.
