Principal Solutions Architect – Lab Orchestration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the design authority for customer solutions utilizing Luma technology.

• Establish both logical and physical architectures that encompass applications, data, integrations, identity, environments, and operations.

• Design solutions that integrate experiment planning, protocol creation, and scheduling, facilitating execution on automated instruments, workcells, and robotic platforms.

• Collaborate with the Scientific Architect and Application Scientists to refine functional requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in defining automated scientific workflow-based solutions.

• Proven track record in designing enterprise-grade SaaS or hybrid architectures.

• Familiarity with scientific informatics, lab automation, or connected laboratory settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical/scientific discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems, including event-driven architectures that are appropriate for real-time instrument and automation data.
