This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Docker’s key customers and cross-functional teams to enhance the customer’s container and AI experiences, emphasizing developer workflows.
• Interact with customer teams and Docker’s cross-functional teams to understand the technical and business objectives and challenges associated with their container and AI initiatives.
• Develop and oversee engagement strategies that encompass existing products and new Docker solutions to meet essential business objectives.
• Manage “design partner” rapid prototyping projects in collaboration with Docker engineering and customer teams to ensure product-market fit for novel use cases.
• Partner with Docker teams to create, manage, and deliver customized demonstrations and content tailored to customer use cases.
• Provide impactful enablement and best practices content to diverse customer audiences, from developers to C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% both domestically and internationally as a senior representative of Docker, engaging with prospective clients, customers, and technical partners.
• Demonstrated experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect within complex enterprise settings.
• Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience in managing customer relationships at both technical and business levels.
• Proficiency in presenting solutions and demonstrations to audiences of varying sizes, both virtually and in-person.
• Experience collaborating with internal product/software teams, including technical support, product development, and engineering, to enhance documentation, enablement, and product features, thereby improving customer experience.
• Background in application development and a clear understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate customer experiences into actionable feedback for engineering teams.
• Experience creating collateral to support customers in adopting best practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and contemporary application architectures.
• Preference for candidates with experience in Docker, container ecosystems, or related technologies.
• Preferred experience in Development, Agentic AI development, Software Development Lifecycle, and/or Software Supply Chain Security.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Openness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally as a senior representative of Docker, engaging with prospective clients, customers, and technical partners.
