This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate solution design discussions directly with clients and prospects, taking ownership of the solution narrative during sales meetings.
• Create comprehensive solutions that include data, analytics, automation, agentic workflows, and process transformation across BPM, Consulting, Audit, Compliance, Tech Services, and AI/Agentic capabilities.
• Perform thorough needs assessments and lead consultative discussions with clients in the carrier, MGA, and broker sectors.
• Collaborate with OpEx and Finance teams to model and price deals, taking direct responsibility for the solution assumptions that inform the pricing model.
• Engage in the pricing approval process before terms are issued to identify any potential over-commitment or margin risks early on.
• Work closely with the AI Factory and AI Strategists to convert emerging AI capabilities into deployable, client-ready solution designs.
• Document repeatable solution patterns and assist in the development of packaged offerings for each practice vertical.
• Educate Commercial Leaders and Client Executives on the fundamentals of solution design and new offering capabilities.
• Participate in New Business Meetings to provide initial solution insights before deals are officially structured.
• Standardize and optimize assessment and proposal workflows across the GTM team.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; any field is acceptable.
• Over 10 years of experience in solution design, pre-sales consulting, or operations advisory within the insurance or BPO sectors.
• Proven experience in designing multi-tower solutions within an insurance context (carrier, MGA, or broker).
• Understanding of AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts as they pertain to insurance operations.
• Previous experience in supporting RFP/RFI responses and proposal creation.
• Extensive knowledge of P&C insurance operations across carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
• Insurance designations (CIC, CPCU, AINS) are preferred; technical or consulting certifications are advantageous.
• Willingness and capability to travel about 50% domestically for client-site engagements.
