This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the principal product expert in shaping pre-commitment solutions, ensuring that proposed customer solutions align with product strategy and roadmap objectives.
• Utilize strong product judgment to clearly differentiate between core product capabilities, supported configuration patterns, and custom requests that may introduce new product, engineering, or operational burdens.
• Enhance decision quality in commercial and early discovery situations, even when not in the final decision-making role.
• Collaborate with Strategic Accounts, Sales, and Product leaders to ensure that customer commitments are based on a realistic understanding of: what the product currently offers, what can be configured within standard patterns, what necessitates non-standard customization, and what leads to additional implementation, engineering, support, or roadmap challenges.
• Proactively challenge, redirect, or escalate solution proposals that pose significant risks to platform health, delivery success, pricing integrity, or future roadmap adaptability.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Architecture, Product Strategy, Implementation Strategy, or similar roles within a complex technology setting.
• Extensive experience operating in pre-sales, commercial shaping, or strategic discovery contexts while advocating for product and platform interests.
• Profound understanding of how customer commitments translate into product, engineering, implementation, and support responsibilities.
• Proven capability to assess solution trade-offs through product, operational, technical, and commercial perspectives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across Product, Sales, Strategic Accounts, Delivery, and Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to constructively challenge proposed methods and provide clarity in ambiguous, high-stakes scenarios.
• Experience in developing reusable workflow models, solution standards, and decision frameworks.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare technology, workflow intricacies, and regulated operational environments is preferred.
• Experience in specialty benefits management, utilization management, clinical workflows, or payer/provider technology is strongly preferred.
