This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide technical expertise and support for multi-cloud engagements, encompassing data migration, integrations, and intricate use cases.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify customer requirements, conduct discovery sessions, gather specifications, and deliver customized demonstrations or Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Take ownership of the solution design process, utilizing insights from subject matter experts and competency/cloud product leaders. Create compelling proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs with solutions relevant to the business.
• Produce detailed estimates and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) documents featuring clear assumptions. Ensure consistency between solution design and delivery transition.
• Customize proposals and enhance sales messaging to meet essential deal-closing criteria. Present solutions in partnership with Sales Directors.
• Maintain a focus on customer needs and objectives throughout all solutioning activities, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Clearly and effectively communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work alongside Salesforce Partner and Solution Engineers for POCs and RFP responses regarding solution strategies and partner packs.
• Develop and enhance pre-sales processes and standards in accordance with the Pre-Sales CoE.
• Collaborate with Project Management (PM), Business Analysis (BA), and Solution Architecture CoEs to integrate best practices into pre-sales efforts.
• Identify and execute process improvements to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Lead and mentor pre-sales engineers within the practice, emphasizing career growth and coaching.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce practice portfolio.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform features, Salesforce-adjacent technologies (Sales, Service, Marketing Automation, Data, AI), and industry best practices.
• Participate in training and certification programs to deepen expertise and support innovation objectives.
• 2-4 years of experience in pre-sales roles, with proven leadership skills in managing pre-sales teams.
• 2-4 years of previous delivery experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Extensive exposure to Salesforce implementations, intricate solutioning, and estimation processes.
• A minimum of five Salesforce certifications, including Admin, Consulting, and Architect-level qualifications.
