Principal Solution Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire content production pipeline from start to finish.

• Gather content requirements from subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, and colleagues in various platforms.

• Identify and manage content contributors across diverse channels.

• Create and uphold content briefs, production standards, and quality checkpoints.

• Cultivate relationships with contributors, including defining scopes, handling contracts, and conducting quality reviews.

• Organize and facilitate customer validation sessions to evaluate published content.

• Establish standardized and repeatable validation workflows.

• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights.

• Relay validation insights to product management and the content production pipeline.

• Collaborate with the Content & Knowledge team to leverage existing knowledge and structure for customer-facing production.

• Work with solution product managers to ensure alignment on content requirements and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in content program management, content operations, professional services delivery, or consulting.

• Proven experience in managing content production involving various contributor types.

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers for content or product validation.

• Strong skills in project and program management.

• Capability to establish clear content standards and quality criteria for both internal and external contributors.

• A bachelor's degree in communications, business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
