This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the design and implementation of customized assessment and service solutions.
• Foster strategic customer relationships, facilitate visioning sessions, and align technology solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery leaders to establish go-to-market strategies, define engagement scopes, conduct demonstrations, and create Rough Order of Magnitude (ROMs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Act as a recognized authority in ServiceNow while mentoring other architects and sales personnel.
• Maintain high-level certifications and engage in ongoing education within the strategic partner ecosystem.
• Actively engage in industry events and conferences as a speaker.
• Generate thought leadership materials, whitepapers, and internal training resources.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and technology partners.
• Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory developments across industries, advising clients on maintaining competitiveness and compliance.
• Proactively seek and pursue strategic opportunities to educate and equip clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience in delivering, architecting, or selling complex technical solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow and experience with DV Solutions and service offerings.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate complex sales processes in large enterprise settings.
• A strong track record of successfully developing impactful, revenue-generating ServiceNow solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills to facilitate team growth across sales and technical positions.
• Thought leadership demonstrated through published works, public speaking engagements, or industry recognition.
• Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in creating go-to-market strategies or leading product/solution development within a professional services organization is a plus.
• Acknowledgment as an industry expert in one or more sectors (e.g., healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail) is desirable.
