This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with global, strategic clients to design solutions that provide maximum value, including offering best-practice recommendations, on-the-fly solutions, and pertinent questions that may not have been prepared in advance.
• Support the sales team in building client confidence in Pindrop’s solutions by conveying complex product functionalities, cloud architecture, and network architecture in a straightforward and comprehensible manner.
• Identify and document all potential risks that could affect a prospect’s or customer’s successful deployment and full optimization on Pindrop. Facilitate internal discussions with stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies.
• Draft precise Statements of Work (SOWs) that include proposed solutions covering all requirements, deliverables, schedules, tasks, and pricing.
• Oversee complex deployments from project initiation to transition, including gathering technical and functional requirements, configuring the solution, and assisting Pindrop customers with testing, training, and go-live support.
• Acquire extensive product knowledge and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to pinpoint product gaps and influence the roadmap for new features and products.
• Over 8 years of experience in SaaS professional services or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• More than 5 years of experience in implementing and leading enterprise-level, global SaaS projects.
• Proficiency in creating and managing web services, including REST, SOAP, and WSDL.
• Strong passion for solving complex problems and a proven ability to grasp advanced technology.
• Capability to explain highly technical concepts and functionalities in a clear, easy-to-understand manner.
• Expertise with CCaaS provider solutions, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms.
• Competitive salary: $132,000 - $158,000 annually gross / £98,905 - £118,387 annually gross
