Principal Software Engineer – Frontend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze requirements and develop software solutions based on requests received from the product area, including enhancements and fixes.

• Support the continuous improvement of development processes and the enhancement of solutions by conducting research to identify and propose new methodologies, concepts, and trends aligned with the company's goals.

• Ensure that documentation is consistently updated and in line with the latest versions of systems and tools.

• Guarantee the quality of deliveries, including the creation and maintenance of automated tests (unit, functional, and BDD).

• Provide technical support for systems in production, assisting in the resolution of encountered issues.

• Configure the development environment and perform deployment/publication of applications.

• Define the architecture for new solutions.

• Stay updated on industry trends and ensure the appropriate use of best practices and the latest technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience in Front-end development, particularly with React and Next.js frameworks.

• Substantial experience with Javascript ES6+.

• Experience with microfrontend architecture.

• Advanced knowledge of semantic HTML and CSS.

• Experience with unit testing and BDD.

• Familiarity with agile culture and methodologies.

• Proficiency in Styled Components.

• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices.

• Understanding of performance best practices.

• Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation).

• Experience with Axios/Fetch.

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.

• Familiarity with Tailwind for component styling.

• Experience with versioning models, such as Trunk Based and Gitflow.

• Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP or GoLang).
