This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and uphold high-performance software for deploying AI/ML models that assess network traffic for anomalous or malicious activities.
• Create and implement autonomous AI agent architectures and multi-agent workflows.
• Work collaboratively with data scientists, threat researchers, and cloud teams to construct high-performance services, pipelines, and tools that enhance ML experimentation and production workflows.
• Promote engineering excellence across teams through code reviews, design reviews, and the establishment of standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Spearhead cross-functional technical initiatives and represent engineering in discussions with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to product strategy by offering deep technical insights during roadmap discussions, build-vs-buy evaluations, and competitive differentiation.
• Set an example by providing technical mentorship to software engineers on the team, encouraging a culture of continuous learning, optimization, and rigorous engineering discipline.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in Principal, Lead, or Staff roles delivering enterprise-grade software.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and Go, focusing on writing production-quality, well-tested, and modular code.
• Background in machine learning, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Experience in building or managing production AI/ML systems, covering model lifecycle management, data/training pipelines, and monitoring.
• Proficient in applying machine learning or data science techniques to cybersecurity scenarios such as anomaly detection, behavioral analysis, or threat classification.
• In-depth understanding of threat detection methodologies, intrusion prevention systems, and incident response workflows.
