Principal Software Engineer – AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead AI Agent Strategy: Design and advance the technical development of our customer-oriented AI agents, ensuring they provide intuitive, intelligent, and highly dependable interactions.

• Innovate with Super Agents: Lead the creation of "Super Agents"—sophisticated, multi-agent systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks throughout our platform.

• Workflow Automation: Create and implement strong frameworks to automate intricate business workflows that agents can reliably perform, minimizing manual effort and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and diverse engineering teams to convert business requirements into scalable agentic solutions.

• Technical Leadership: Offer practical technical direction, establish best practices for LLM integration, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration, while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

• Mentorship: Guide senior engineers on AI/ML best practices, agentic design patterns, and the incorporation of emerging AI technologies into production systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of experience in designing and developing highly scalable enterprise-level services, platforms, or products.

• In-depth expertise in constructing and deploying large-scale distributed enterprise applications.

• Significant experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and demonstrated success in deploying LLMs and agentic architectures in live environments.

• Strong grasp of agent orchestration patterns, chain-of-thought prompting, and automated workflow design.

• Proficient in modern backend technologies (Java, Node.js, Python, Golang) and experienced with scalable database solutions (SQL and NoSQL).

• Familiarity with cloud architectures and serverless ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical and AI-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
