This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Take ownership of and implement the strategic vision for Professional Services within the US Federal Government, encompassing both Defense and Civilian sectors.
• Propel the execution of services sales and provide strategic counsel to key accounts.
• Engage with C-level executives to formulate and execute services roadmaps.
• Manage the professional services lifecycle, from deal strategy and proposal development to execution and forecasting.
• Lead efforts in services sales enablement and ensure successful service delivery for designated accounts.
• Meet quarterly bookings and revenue goals while building a pipeline of future opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, propose, and sell Professional Services and Training offerings.
• Develop scopes of engagement and statements of work.
• Drive internal deal evaluations and enhance services sales operations.
• Cultivate relationships with legal, deal desk, account, sales, Professional Services and Training, and partner teams.
• Provide bookings forecasts and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the book of business.
• Align engagements with customer business outcomes and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with delivery teams, including System Integrators (SIs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs).
• Act as the primary escalation point for customers and project teams.
• Own the outcomes of projects while managing revenue forecasting and expenses.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Education Services to facilitate training delivery.
• Provide strategic advisory services and delivery activities such as business value roadmaps, assessments, strategic roadmaps, and Data Cloud Assessments.
• Work alongside account executives and sales engineers to develop account strategies.
• Acquire market expertise through collaboration with Practice Directors, Sales teams, Global Industry Leaders, and external research.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Sales and Services Delivery capacity or a similar role, engaging with executives in the US Public Sector and US Federal government markets.
• Direct experience within the US Federal Government sector, particularly in AI, Cloud, Data, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong comprehension of target-client business solutions that leverage data, including AI-ready data, Customer Data Platforms, cross-industry data sharing, AI, and personalization.
• A proven history of achieving booking and revenue objectives.
• Ability to effectively communicate and translate information across internal teams and customer organizational structures.
• Experience in developing technology programs, defining milestones, setting success criteria, managing resource allocation, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects at once.
• Active TS or Secret Clearance, with DoD experience being a differentiator.
• Experience with Big 5 or boutique strategy consulting is a plus.
• Background in client support and advisory technical roles, such as solution architect or technical account manager, is advantageous.
• Experience in designing, leading, influencing, and selling functional solution sets or cross-functional digital transformations is a differentiator.
