This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Clearly and concisely address security concerns and propose potential solutions to audiences with diverse technical backgrounds.
• Offer security-centric guidance and strategic advice to sales teams.
• Evaluate the applicability of Citrix security solutions to fulfill customers’ business requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, both remotely and on-site.
• Create and develop multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer assessments, and assist customers in their adoption and expansion journey.
• Navigate technical and competitive hurdles to advance sales and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and resources to guarantee customer success.
• Stay updated on the latest security strategies to advise and guide customers while influencing product requirements.
• Build formal relationship networks with key decision-makers and contacts within customer organizations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the technical sales team through the Citrix Platform and the adoption of Citrix security solutions.
• Execute strategic objectives set by functional leadership.
• Develop operational plans for the job area that have short- to mid-term impacts on product adoption and sales renewal outcomes.
• Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans that will positively affect the achievement of overall functional results.
• Over 5 years of experience in presales, sales engineering, solution engineering, field CTO roles, or consulting.
• More than 10 years of experience in supporting, designing, or delivering enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of application security, browser security, IAM, and ZTNA.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity solutions and design best practices.
• Capability to tailor technical presentations to suit audiences with varying levels of technical understanding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations, corporate offices, and events.
