Principal SAP Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Reporting to the Vice-President of SAP Delivery, the Principal SAP Solution Architect is an integral member of the SAP team.

• Play a crucial role at the intersection of enterprise architecture and business strategy, assisting organizations in defining their direction with SAP and cloud technologies.

• Design NorthStar target-state architectures encompassing the entire SAP suite.

• Lead discussions at the executive level to establish SAP transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and cloud adoption strategies.

• Oversee comprehensive SAP architecture design across S/4HANA Cloud Public and Private Editions along with the broader SAP ecosystem.

• Provide guidance to clients on the effective use of SAP Industry Cloud solutions and AI capabilities.

• Mentor junior and mid-level architects by imparting your insights and architectural frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP solution architecture for S/4HANA Cloud Public (GROW with SAP) and Private Edition (RISE with SAP), with full lifecycle responsibility.

• Demonstrated experience in designing architectures that utilize SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Datasphere, and AI capabilities.

• Exposure to consumer packaged goods, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or asset-intensive sectors, including SAP Industry Cloud solutions.

• Strong background in complex environments such as multi-entity organizations.

• Capability to clearly communicate architectural trade-offs to business stakeholders and convert strategy into actionable designs.

• A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients across North America.

• Proficiency in oral and written communication in French is considered an asset.
