Principal Salesforce Systems Developer

📋 Description

• Serve as the most experienced hands-on Salesforce engineer, establishing development standards and promoting best practices within the team.

• Lead the creation of sophisticated solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

• Architect and implement strong integrations between Salesforce and essential enterprise systems such as ERP, marketing platforms, and data infrastructures.

• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and deployment by adhering to robust development lifecycle practices.

• Provide support and mentorship to other developers and administrators, enhancing the engineering capabilities of the Salesforce team.

• Identify areas for enhancing platform performance, minimizing technical debt, and reinforcing the overall Salesforce architecture.

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development.

• Demonstrated success in executing complex Salesforce implementations within enterprise settings.

• Experience in managing multi-system enterprise architectures.

• Strong practical knowledge in:

• Apex

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce APIs and integration methodologies

• Salesforce data modeling

• Optimizing platform performance

• Experience in designing integrations using:
