Principal PS Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to design, develop, and implement innovative contact center and AI-driven experience orchestration solutions utilizing Genesys Cloud.

• Integrate technical leadership with consultative skills to ensure customer objectives align with Genesys’ strategic vision and best practices.

• Facilitate successful project execution by offering architectural guidance, building customer trust, and ensuring the smooth integration of Genesys technologies.

• Act as the primary technical architect for intricate Genesys Cloud projects, guaranteeing high-quality solution delivery for enterprise or strategic clients.

• Configure, integrate, and deploy Genesys Cloud solutions in line with Professional Services implementation standards.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to outline project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Provide technical guidance and training to both internal teams and clients.

• Proactively identify and address engagement-related challenges, escalating issues as necessary.

• Suggest process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality of delivery.

• Engage in knowledge sharing and improvement initiatives within the Professional Services team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent technical experience).

• Over 8 years of relevant professional consulting experience, including a minimum of 3 years with Genesys Cloud solutions or similar CX, CRM, or AI orchestration platforms (e.g., Google CCAI, Salesforce, Microsoft, NICE CXone, AWS Connect, ServiceNow, etc.).

• Advanced knowledge of contemporary cloud concepts and architectures (preferably Amazon Web Services).

• Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly and effectively.

• Solid experience with diagramming and presentation tools such as LucidChart, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
