Principal Project Manager – Contract Opportunity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead intricate transformational customer initiatives, define and shape project outcomes, and guide the team towards achieving them.

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and management of project timelines and activities from the initial kick-off through to training, ensuring timely delivery that meets customers' specifications.

• Manage resources, schedule, scope, and budget across multiple projects by developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans that prioritize rapid delivery and optimize resource utilization to fulfill requirements.

• Collaborate with senior executives, process owners, and technical teams within each customer organization to comprehend their goals, objectives, and requirements, ensuring successful implementation. You will act as their main point of contact for product feature requests and support issue escalation.

• Communicate project status regularly, addressing key discussion points, action items, risks, and issues. Keep project information updated in the Celonis Professional Services Automation System to facilitate accurate and timely project and portfolio reporting.

• Proactively manage and escalate risks and issues both internally to Celonis management and externally to customer project sponsors to mitigate impacts on project success.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the implementation team, including partner resources, to ensure adherence to Celonis methodology.

• Leverage your experience to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Celonis Services methodologies and to advance field expertise and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in client-facing Project Management within enterprise software implementations, managing multiple concurrent projects.

• Extensive background in project management practices, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue/action logs, and collaborating on problem resolution with customers and Celonis executives.

• Excellent communication abilities with a consulting background, demonstrating a proven capability to manage stakeholders and project timelines effectively.

• Experience in supervising consulting teams, both onshore and offshore.

• Knowledge in positioning Services, drafting proposals, and creating "statements of work" within a comprehensive ecosystem involving customers and partners.

• A track record of working within a partner ecosystem and managing co-delivery efforts.

• Proficient in setting and managing customer expectations effectively.

• Strong analytical skills, particularly in applying technology solutions to essential business challenges.

• Willingness and ability to become certified in Celonis products.

• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Safe/Agile) are required.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
