This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take ownership of delivering new components within a vast fintech platform, facilitating ongoing team growth and platform expansion.
• Operate at the account level, coordinating multiple Scrum teams within a SAFe framework while enhancing delivery flow and processes.
• Gain insights into the private markets sector and emerging AI and blockchain technologies.
• Manage delivery coordination across a large-scale SAFe environment with several Scrum teams.
• Establish and uphold collaboration practices among teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Address inquiries and eliminate obstacles to enable teams to deliver on schedule and within budget.
• Assist in delivery execution throughout three-week sprints and quarterly PI planning cycles.
• Define and refine delivery processes to support multiple teams and an expanding scope.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Engineering, and Architecture to align priorities effectively.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Aid teams in managing priorities, dependencies, and changes within a complex environment.
• Over 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in Delivery Management.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Proven track record in driving and facilitating end-to-end delivery across multiple Scrum teams.
• Experience in navigating complex, highly interdependent environments.
• Substantial experience in initiating, scaling, and developing large programs or accounts.
• Demonstrated capability in establishing and enhancing delivery processes and team collaboration.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, particularly with senior decision-makers.
• Ability to lead discussions with technical teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for navigating ambiguity.
• Proficient in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
