Principal Product Manager – Public Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leading the development of product strategy and roadmaps that align with the needs of the Public Sector and market opportunities.

• Collecting and integrating requirements from government agencies and internal stakeholders to inform product development.

• Establishing and monitoring success metrics for new products and features from the prototype stage to production deployment.

• Communicating the product vision and updates to senior leadership and government stakeholders with clarity and impact.

• Fostering partnerships across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams while ensuring effective communication channels are maintained.

⛳️ Requirements

• A decade of experience in product management, specifically in launching sophisticated cloud/SaaS products.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• U.S. citizenship and a Secret security clearance or the capability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.

• Experience in supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or federal civilian agencies within cleared environments.

• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Public Sector compliance frameworks, including FedRAMP and Cloud Impact Levels.

• Advanced technical expertise in cloud computing, distributed systems, and cybersecurity.

• A preference for working in a matrixed organization, effectively aligning stakeholders through clear communication and collaboration.

• A customer-centric approach coupled with a dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
