This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Develop and implement product strategy within a high-pressure, cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with senior leadership throughout the organization.
• Manage a comprehensive multi-quarter monetization roadmap from initial discovery and definition to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Establish and refine self-service and sales-assisted monetization experiences that minimize friction, enhance activation, and accelerate time-to-value for real estate professionals.
• Create reusable monetization capabilities that can accommodate various products and business models, rather than custom solutions for individual teams or surfaces.
• Foster cross-functional alignment among product, engineering, design, sales, finance, legal, and operations, ensuring the progress of complex, multi-team initiatives without direct authority.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science to define success metrics and establish measurement systems to monitor performance, operational load, and customer results.
• Establish robust customer insight mechanisms that ensure the voice of the customer is integral throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist in developing scalable monetization systems capable of supporting intricate customer structures, account hierarchies, and multi-party purchasing workflows.
• Over 8 years of product management experience with direct responsibility for complex, cross-functional product domains.
• Proven history of driving monetization, marketplace, or platform initiatives at scale, preferably in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Experience managing intricate monetization systems, including shopping, onboarding, entitlements, billing and payments, pricing, or packaging.
• Principal-level judgment: demonstrated ability to craft product strategy, sequence multi-quarter roadmaps, and navigate uncertainty in fast-paced organizations.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills: experience in aligning engineering, design, sales, finance, legal, and operations around a unified roadmap and making decisions without direct authority.
• Strong product and business judgment: adept at assessing business impact, identifying measurement gaps, and leveraging quantitative, qualitative, and customer insights to inform prioritization and trade-offs.
• Proven capability to quickly synthesize complex information, adapt to new domains, and pivot confidently when priorities change.
• AI fluency: demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance your own work, with a clear perspective on how AI capabilities can deliver significant customer value in the product.
• Experience with enterprise or hierarchical purchasing models, experimentation and funnel optimization, or knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
• Equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location.
• Employees in this role will not receive compensation below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state of residence.
