Principal Product Manager, Mobile & UI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch — converting strategy into a structured, deliverable plan that broadens the usage of PandaDoc.

• Lead the product strategy for our design system, frontend framework, and shared navigation patterns.

• Foster alignment between mobile and the foundational elements to ensure PandaDoc presents as a cohesive product across all platforms.

• Determine the evolution of these foundations to support both human creators and the AI tools that increasingly assist them.

• Establish governance standards for how teams prototype and deploy on shared infrastructure as the pace of development accelerates.

• Advocate for foundational investment — highlighting what it enables and what fails without it.

• Collaborate with engineering leads on trade-offs in system design.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years in B2B SaaS product management, with at least 2 years at the Staff or Principal level.

• Proven experience in launching mobile products that have significantly impacted retention or engagement — this is central to the role.

• Experience in managing a platform or shared-systems product with internal stakeholders — or closely partnering to take on ownership.

• Strong technical understanding — capable of engaging with engineers on system design issues without being an engineer yourself.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally without direct authority.

• A clear and direct communicator who simplifies complexity while maintaining precision.

• Actively leverages AI to create — whether for prototypes, workflow automation, or task-specific tools — rather than just for text purposes.
