Principal Product Manager, Mobile & UI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the mobile product vision, roadmap, and launch — converting strategy into a structured, deployable plan that enhances the usage of PandaDoc across various platforms and times.

• Lead the product direction for our design system, front-end framework, and consistent navigation patterns.

• Foster alignment between mobile and shared foundations to ensure PandaDoc delivers a cohesive experience across all surfaces.

• Determine how these foundations evolve to support both human builders and the AI tools that increasingly assist them.

• Establish governance standards for how teams prototype and deploy on shared infrastructure as scalability increases.

• Build a case for foundational investment — highlighting its potential benefits and the consequences of neglecting it.

• Collaborate with engineering leads on system design trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, including at least 2 years at the Staff or Principal level.

• Proven track record of launching mobile products that significantly impact retention or engagement — this is central to the role.

• Experience owning a platform or shared-systems product with internal customers — or sufficient collaboration experience to transition into ownership.

• Strong technical fluency — capable of engaging credibly with engineers regarding system design without being an engineer yourself.

• Comfortable working across functions without direct authority.

• Clear and direct communicator who simplifies complex concepts without sacrificing accuracy.

• Actively utilizes AI for building — including prototypes, workflow automation, and task-specific tools — beyond just text.
